WEBSITE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This document constitutes an agreement concluded between Radius company, registered in QKB with (NIPT) L92112028E, main address: Rruga “Andon Zako Cajupi” Tirana and relevant users / clients who will visit the website, download the app and receive services and products and make payments by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfers in and outside Albania through Banks all over the world.

By making payments electronically through the Radius application or the website www.radius.al and the electronic means of payment listed on this site, you accept without reservation all the General Terms and Conditions mentioned in this document. If the User /Client does not agree with the additional conditions or the changes of the General Conditions, at any time, can uninstall our application or unsubscribe from the newsletter if he/she is registered, Radius is not responsible if while browsing this website unwanted or unconfirmed materials from the Client/User may be downloaded.

The Client is presumed to have accepted this Terms and Conditions/ Terms of Rental Agreement, car insurance policy, method of payments and the relevant tariffs, as will be amended from time to time, and which enter into force upon giving ‘Prior Consent’ to the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions on the official Radius website www.radius.al. The Client/Users must read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions for using the Radius Services and if they do not agree with them, they should not proceed with registering or performing the services/payments at Radius Company.

Procedure for making payment electronically (online)

The Users or client will be able to make payment of our services online through their bank accounts, either via Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard etc.)/PayPal or Bank Transfer. In such case will be the sole responsibility of the user/client to ensure to protect their credit /debit card details, and not to give them to unauthorized user. If a credit/debit card has been used by somebody not authorized by the user or the client, Radius does not bear any legal or financial responsibility nor will compensate the user/client. Though, Radius will give all the necessary information to the real owner user/client or to authorities in case such request is lawful and through a legal request.

Products and Price.

By visiting the website www.radius.al , you as a user will be informed about the main features of the products/services/cars offered by us/ insurance policy, payment method etc. Any information regarding the product description and payment, their features and prices will be displayed with detailed specifications on our website page. Prices mentioned in our website include all the taxes as per Albanian Legislation in force, we do not apply hidden fees, However, Users have the right to know how to use or any other information that accompanies the products or services. This additional information will be available through e-mail at info@radius.al

Payment Methods.

The customer can make the payment with: Online payment by other means of electronic payments listed on the official website as with Bank Debit or Credit Card (of any type) anywhere in the world.

In the case of debit or credit card payments (of any kind), during the payment, the Client automatically connects to the payment server, part of the control system of the bank’s data processing center. Client banking data, protected through encryption, does not pass-through Radius electronic systems and is not stored in Radius electronic systems. Users have to take in consideration that bank fees have to be fully covered by the them.

Use of Personal Data:

The protection of privacy and personal data are issues of special importance and Radius rigorously implements the entire legal framework in their protection and observance, especially Law Nr. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On Personal Data Protection” and bylaws. relevant and undertakes to fulfill any legal obligation for this purpose. We do seriously take care of your personal data and will strictly protect them as per government order and the law. We might give the data’s only to you and if required to the authorities only for lawful reason and by a written request.

Intellectual property

This website is the official website of Radius Nuis: L92112028E. All elements used on this site, including visual or audio elements, including basic technology, words, writing, materials used are protected by copyright, trademark or patent. The User may in no way delete, infringe or modify any copyright, registered or unregistered trademark or patent in any form, which belongs to Radius and is visualized by it’s on the official website or in the Application.

Terms Changes:

Radius reserves the right to change these Terms of agreement at any time without prior notifications. Radius reserves the right to change and delete the Website at any time without prior notice, in particular in connection with the change of existing content (in whole or in part) and adding new content.

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are drafted and are in accordance with the Albanian Legislation. Possible disputes that may arise between the Parties during the duration of this Agreement will be resolved by Tirana District Court. Radius has the obligation to receive any request from the Users regarding the resolution of problems that may arise in connection with his / her transactions and account, in accordance with the relevant dispute resolution instruction.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions by the Client

The client and user of Radius fully knows the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation. The client and user of Radius have read and accept Terms of Rental Agreement, the insurance policy of the cars, payment fees and accepts them without any reservation. The user /client agrees and gives his full consent to be contacted at any time by our company for any promotions, special offers, our services, business proposals, surveys, marketing campaigns, questionaries that the company might have, via phone call, e-mail, SMS, social networks, what’s up and other communications platforms and apps and other electronic means. The user acknowledges that he has read and been informed of the Terms, conditions and Tariffs of the Services on this site and is familiar with how to change them and accepts them without reservation.
