Hemos podido disfrutar de un Mercedes C220 en perfecto estado en nuestras vacaciones en Montenegro y Albania. El proceso de reserva ha sido muy sencillo a través de su página web y la comunicación ha sido muy fluida y profesional. Nos trajeron el coche a nuestro hotel en Tirana y hemos podido devolver el coche en otro punto de la ciudad donde hemos acordado. El precio conseguido fue muy bueno y pese a que los precios se incrementaron notablemente tras realizar la reserva, respectaron la oferta, aún no habiendo realizado ningún pago anticipado. Esto es algo muy profesional y que transmite mucha confianza. Lamentablemente nos hicieron una pequeña rozadura en el coche mientras estaba aparcado y la gestión del incidente ha sido también muy profesional. Hemos pagado lo justo y nos han preparado toda la documentación necesaria para reclamar a nuestra compañía de seguros con la que tenemos un seguro de exceso de franquicia de coches de alquiler. En resumen, una compañía muy profesional y un coche en muy buen estado con el que hemos podido disfrutar de las carreteras de Albania y Montenegro.

Abbiamo usufruito del servizio offerto da Lito e dal suo collega durante la nostra vacanza on the road in Albania. Prenotazione dell’auto direttamente dal sito, senza anticipi. Il giorno prima del ritiro dell’auto ci siamo scritti attraverso whatsapp per ogni delucidazione. Lito parla bene anche l’italiano. Sono stati molto gentili a trovarci un’auto un’ora prima rispetto l’orario che avevamo scelto inizialmente (anche se abbiamo dovuto prenderne una diversa rispetto quella prenotata). È possibile pagare anche con carta con un piccolo sovrapprezzo del 3% rispetto il prezzo bloccato. Non ci è stata bloccata nessuna cauzione per i giorni in cui abbiamo usato l’auto, però ovviamente se si paga con carta il titolare deve essere anche il conducente che ha prenotato. Noi abbiamo ritirato e riconsegnato il veicolo a Tirana centro.

Amazing renting service. I got their Nissan Qashqai and it was very reliable all throughout the roads of Albania (1500 km driving to every city). Lito Brought the car right to my location in the city at my convenience and took it from me from the airport which made my life easier. Definitely recommend to rent a car from this company. We had all our discussions and confirmations via WhatsApp which I loved. Thanks Lito! Will miss the Qashqai!

We had a great experience with Radius, renting a car for a week to travel around the south of Albania. We rented a Ford Fiesta which was in great condition and ran very well. Lito was very friendly and communicative, making the renting experience very easy and smooth, and was very understanding when we were running late to return the car due to traffic in the city.
