The company guarantees that the cars are in optimal condition and have all the documentation to circulate regularly inside and outside the country.
To rent a car, the driver must be over 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of 1 year of validity.
Radius Rent a Car Albania guarantees your reservation according to the group of the car you have reserved, we do not guarantee the specific type of car, the type of fuel and the color of the car.
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation at any time up to 48 hours before the car pick-up date.
The rental payment can be made via debit, credit card and/or cash at our offices at the time of renting the car. We accept payments in Lek, Euro, USD.
The customer has the right to purchase additional insurance based on an additional fee in order to be covered to the extent of 100% for any accident or theft.
The customer has the right to deliver the car to other cities within Albania against an additional fee agreed in advance with the company.
At the time of renting the car, a rental agreement for the use of the vehicle is concluded between the parties and the customer is provided with all the necessary documentation and information.
Object of the Agreement / Duration of the contract / Use of the Vehicle.
The object of this agreement is the rental of the car according to the period agreed by the parties.
The car will be returned to the company on the date and place determined by the parties.
The vehicle is made available to the customer and will be used by the latter within the territory of the Republic of Albania, if he would like to cross Albania, he must notify the company in advance and be provided by the latter with an authorization to go abroad, as well as a green card. These services are offered for an additional fee.
The customer is prohibited from transporting goods with this vehicle with or without payment, using the car for speed racing, or driving it under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The customer is categorically forbidden to use the car for illegal purposes.
Rent and Method of Payment. The daily price of the vehicle rental is Euro / Day. Payment can be made in Cash/Bank/Debit or Credit Card.
Insurance and coverage against damage in case of accident and/or theft.
The company ensures that the vehicle is equipped with TPL and KASKO insurance. TPL (Third Party Liability) covers damage caused to other vehicles by the company car while the customer is driving it. KASKO insurance covers the collision caused in the company car by the customer in the amount and conditions defined below.
If the car is stolen or seriously damaged or damaged in an incident involving someone else, please contact the company and the police immediately on 129. If you cannot provide the necessary documents from the police you will be responsible for the full cost of replacement/repair of the car.
When the customer is found guilty according to the police report, he must pay administrative fines, the cost of withdrawing the police report and 30% of the value of the damage caused. If the customer is found not guilty by the police report, he is not responsible for the damage and other costs under this point.
Damage inside the car, side tire cracks, damage under the car, as well as broken/cracked windows of the vehicle or its burning by fire, explosives or other explosions, damage or removal of GBS are the responsibility of the customer to the extent of 100% of value of the damage caused.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the road infrastructure, the state or third parties and pays any fine that may be imposed on the company as a result of administrative violations committed by the customer.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties.
The customer must use the vehicle carefully, on regular roads and immediately notify the company in case the vehicle has defects or needs service. The customer is prohibited from sending the company car to any service point or any unauthorized mechanic without the approval of the company.
Return the vehicle under the same conditions, at the specified date, time and location and notify the company if you wish to extend the rental period. In case of extending the rental, customers must pay for the additional days before the renewal period.
To return the car to an orderly condition, to be clean, with all the documentation and equipment as it was received from the company.
The customer must return the car with the same amount of fuel that he received, if he returns it with less fuel, he must pay the company 2.5 Euro/liter. When the customer returns the car unwashed, he has to pay 10 euros for the car wash.
The customer has no right to sublease the company car. It is prohibited to use it in presence or absence of his, to other persons not authorized by the company.
Termination of Agreement.
This Contract for rental vehicle is concluded for a period of time as defined in point 1.
The company has the right at any time to terminate the contract unilaterally in case it is found that the customer misuses the vehicle, does not pay the rent, gives the vehicle to third parties without the company’s authorization, sub-rents the car or violates any from the provisions of this contract. In this case, the Company withdraws the car immediately and the customer must compensate all damages that may have been caused to the company.
